Melanie has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2010. She believes that the body has the innate power to heal itself. If we care for our bodies, giving them the support and tools they need to function, they will work to heal, naturally.
Her treatments are gentle, deep, thorough, and intuitive. She is able to listen to the clients body and treats depending on each individuals needs. Melanie starts each treatment with various Myofascial Release techniques and has been using Myofascial Cupping as a tool since the beginning of her practice. She incorporates cups into the majority of her treatments as they compliment hands on work entirely. Melanie has recently taken training in Visceral Manipulation through the Barral Institute and looks forward to incorporating it into her treatments. Melanie enjoys performing therapeutic and longer duration massages because she believes in the process of healing. She takes interest in understanding the needs of the human body to make treatments that would be the most beneficial.
In her free time Melanie keeps busy tending to her houseplants as well as gardening during the warmer months and loves grounding and spending time outdoors with her partner Leandro and their daughter.
Melanie understands the body but what stands out the most is the exquisite presence and deep connection she brings to her sessions.

As humans we are social and holistic creatures. Western medicine tends to separate the mind, body, spirit where treating them as one can help untangle the imbalances. We hold our positive and negative experiences in our bodies. If you’re someone who has been experiencing relational problems, career blocks, physical ailments and/or any set of unique challenges, through Lana’s Intuitive Somatic Healing, working with the energy body and accessing what is stored, she uses manual techniques combined with an intuitive analysis to discover what the body needs in order to disentangle
the somatic imbalances.
At times people have tried traditional western care or different modalities, but they are still not able to fully resolve their physical, emotional and spiritual ailments. By visiting Lana, she can offer a unique set of skills to get to the root of the issue. She believes that trauma is
stored in the physical body; these traumatic experiences can cause a person to embody turmoil which may lead to inner tension and chaos.

After graduating from the Sutherland-Chan Massage Therapy Program in Ontario, Rae’s heart has brought her back to the West, now calling Banff home. First stepping into the healing arts with Reflexology at Mount Royal University (2010), she now integrates this method into her practice, finding it useful for alignment, lymphatic activation and well being. Alongside this system her interests are but not limited to; scar mobilization (including post-mastectomy), post-surgical recovery, core rotation issues from high intensity sports, rib malalignment and current or chronic neck pain. Entering into her seventh year of practice she has broadened her education to include; TMJ (the jaw) or Tempromandibular dysfunction and pelvic floor dysfunction which has been an asset to helping women with caesarean section restrictions (new or old), chronic back pain and men suffering from ‘groin pulls’. In all these areas you’ll often find her using dynamic movement, breath coaching, myofascial release and lymphatic drainage to achieve results that the patient and therapist can be pleased with. She believes listening to the language of the body helps to determine the right tools for working with an individual and making sure the tissues are responding. Outside of being an RMT she has been practicing yoga for 21 years, has an interest in herbs, aromatherapy and has a grand appreciation for the Western pace.

With deep roots in the Bow Valley where she was born and raised, Jasmine has been practicing massage therapy since 2019. She is passionate about fostering wellness within her community and is grateful to support her clients toward healing.
Her journey into the world of therapeutic healing began with a foundation in Kinesiology, which helped to hone her understanding of the human body’s functions and capabilities. Jasmine applied her knowledge and passion for wellness in her work as a personal trainer and as a tour guide for an active travel company before pursuing a career in massage therapy.
Jasmine believes that the body possesses an innate ability to heal itself but occasionally requires gentle guidance and support. This philosophy influences her
approach to massage therapy, where she emphasizes the importance of nurturing not only the physical body, but also the mind and spirit. Her practice has evolved to
include elements of energy healing such as Reiki, and fire cupping; interests sparked by both her professional and personal exploration into the realms of holistic well-
being.
In a treatment, Jasmine adopts a whole person approach, working with the nervous system and listening to the body’s subtle cues. This sensitivity allows her to tailor her massages to each individual’s needs, creating a therapeutic experience that is both intuitive and grounded in a range of modalities.
